Social Media
In Messenger, users can add photos and videos to any conversation, whether it’s a group or a private one. As such, anyone can share memes, selfies, and other media files with their friends and contacts on the app.
When someone shares a photo or video on a chat, Messenger saves it on the conversation automatically. In this way, any of the participants can check them in the future.
With that in mind, you can check all your shared media in a chat without back-reading the conversation manually. You can expand the Shared media section to view all photos and videos sent to the chat.
