On your phone:

  1. Launch WhatsApp Business from your home screen or app drawer and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap More options (three dots icon) and select “Business tools” from the menu.

  3. Select “Away message” under the Messaging section.

  4. Enable the away message feature and edit the message that you want to send to your customers.

  5. Select the schedule and choose the recipients of your message.
  6. Tap Save on the top right corner to apply the changes.
