Step 1

 Open your Discord. The first thing you will see is the home page. Select the main menu on the top left corner. It looks like three horizontal lines. Tap on it to get to the next step.

Here on the right side, you will see all the servers you have created. In this example, our server goes by the letter “s”. All of the servers will be listed on this side of the Discord app. Go ahead and press on one of those servers. Select the one you want to invite your friends to.

 Once you select your server, select the first option above the names of your channels. Your channel names are displayed under the menus “Text Channels” and “Voice Channels”. The option you are looking for looks like an avatar. This is the option for instant invites. It is one of the fastest ways to invite your friends to join your server. Tap on this icon. Now a new menu will pop up. This is the menu that allows you to invite friends to your channel. You can type their names in the search bar, or you can simply press on the “Share Link” option to copy the link. This option is at the bottom of the menu. Once you select it, you can send the link to anyone on Discord or social media. 

 This is the link to your channel. You can send this link in their chat so that they can join your server. If your friend doesn’t use that link to join your server, the link will disappear in one day. To avoid that, toggle the last option above the “Share Link” option, or the empty square, to make sure that the link doesn’t expire. Once you select it, the link will never expire.
