1. Head to the server where you want to mute a user.
2. Check one of your voice channels and right-click on a member’s username or display name.

If you want to hear from the person, but you find their microphone too loud, you can opt to lower the user’s volume instead. On the other hand, you can also increase the audio volume if you can’t hear them properly.

You can also right-click on a user on the server members list or any channel and mute them from the menu. As such, there’s no need for you to wait for someone to join a voice channel to mute them.
