How to download the attendance list on your Microsoft Teams meeting

If you want to know the list of people who joined your meeting on Teams, you can download the attendance list before ending the meeting. With the help of this feature, you can check the people in your meeting as well as the time they joined and left the room.

You can check and download the meeting list from the Teams desktop or web app. Follow our step-by-step tutorial below to learn how.

  1. Launch the Teams desktop app or visit their web client and sign in to your account.
  2. Host a meeting or start a scheduled one on the app and invite people to join the room.
  3. Before ending the meeting, click the People icon at the bottom of the meeting room to open the Participants window.

  4. Click the three dots icon and select the “Download attendance list” option on the menu.

After clicking the download option, you’ll find the attendance list on your device as a CSV file. You can then open it on Excel or another spreadsheet app to view its contents.

When you open the attendance list, you’ll be able to view the names of the people who joined your meeting. You can also see the time when they entered and left the room.

Unfortunately, there’s no option to get the attendance list from the Teams mobile app. You can only use the option on the Teams web and desktop app.
