By using the “Enhance” feature on Spotify, you’ll receive new recommendations to your playlist based on the songs you currently have on the list. The app doesn’t add new songs to your playlist automatically, so you can filter out the ones you like and remove unwanted songs from future recommendations.

How to improve your playlist on Spotify with the “Enhance” feature

If you’re having trouble finding new songs to add to your playlist on Spotify, you can try the “Enhance” feature on the app. Enhancing the playlist gives you a few recommendations that you can add to your playlist on the app.

You can “Enhance” a playlist from the Spotify mobile app. In our tutorial below, we’ll teach you how to do so.

On your phone:

1. Launch the Spotify mobile app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the playlist that you want to manage.
3. Tap the Enhance button beside the download option.
   
   
4. Listen to the new songs that appear on your playlist with the green icons. Tap the “+” icon to add the ones you like to the playlist. On the other hand, you can tap the “-” icon to remove the songs that you don’t want to appear in future recommendations.
   
   

Once you add a song from the enhanced recommendations, you’ll receive three new songs that you can opt to add to your playlist. When you remove a song from the recommendation, it won’t appear on the list when you use the “Enhance” option in the future.

If you no longer wish to add new songs to your playlist, you can tap the “Enhanced” button on the playlist options to stop the app from giving you recommendations. You can use the “Enhance” feature again to get a fresh set of songs that you might want to add to the list.

Please note that the “Enhance” feature is currently not available on the Spotify desktop app. You can only use the feature on the mobile app for now.
