How to delete your Canva account

If you don’t use Canva anymore, you can delete your account from your Account Settings page. When you delete your account, the app will erase all the folders, designs, teams, and other information you have on your account.

On your computer:

1. Visit Canva on your favorite web browser and sign in to your account.
2. Click the gear icon on the top right.
   
   
3. Head to the “Login & security” tab.
   
   
4. Scroll down and select the “Delete account” button.
   
   
5. Type “DELETE” on the empty field and click the red “Delete account” button to confirm your decision.
   
   

When you delete your account, you’ll lose all the designs, folders, templates, and media you have on your account. You’ll erase all the teams you created with other people as well.

On your phone:

1. Open Canva on your phone and sign in to your account.
2. Tap the hamburger icon on the top left.
   
   
3. Select “Settings” from the menu.
   
   
4. Head to your “Login & security” page.
   
   
5. Tap the “Delete account” button.

If you ever change your mind, you have two weeks to login back into your account to cancel your deletion request. Once that period passes, you won’t be able to use your account or restore it in the future.
