- Using your preferred web browser, visit https://slack.com/signin.
- Enter the email associated with your account and click the “Sign In with Email” button.
- Check your inbox, enter the one-time code on the sign-in page, and select one of your workspaces.

Adding or resetting a password on Slack
- Inside your workspace, click your profile icon on the top right side of the screen and select Profile from the menu.
- Click More (three dots icon) and select Account Settings.
- Beside the Password section, click “expand” and select the “Reset your password by email” button.
- Check your inbox for the email from Slack and click “Choose a New Password” within the message.
- Enter your new password, retype it, and click the green “Change My Password” button.
Note: You can’t reuse a previous password you used on your account.
If you remember your password, there’s no need to go all through these troubles. You can update your current password on your Account Settings without sending a reset link through email.
