How To Change Profile Display In Outlook

Any account that doesn’t have a picture profile display sometimes appears as a sketchy dummy account. Therefore, you should consider adding a photo if you haven’t put one yet.

Start Improving Your Outlook Profile

When adding or changing your profile photo in Outlook, always make sure to pick out appropriate images. Avoid using disturbing or off-putting pictures because you wouldn’t want that to be a source of criticism from other users who might view your profile.

As for the name, it doesn’t always have to be your complete name. Yet if you wish to appear professional, opt for displaying your first and last name. Otherwise, you may choose your nickname and initials of your surname as your Outlook identification display.
