On your phone:

  1. Open the WhatsApp Business mobile app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap More options (three dots icon) on the top right corner and select “Business tools” from the menu.

  3. Open your Catalog settings.

  4. Select the “Add new item” option.

  5. Add the item’s name, price, image, and description (optional).

  6. Tap Save on the top right corner to add the item to your catalog.

Make sure to fill up the required fields, such as the name, price, and image of the item. You’ll need to upload at least one photo of the item before you can save it to your catalog.

On your computer:

  1. Visit the WhatsApp web or desktop app and sign in to your business account.
  2. Click More options (three dots icon) and select Catalog from the menu.

  3. Select the “Add new item” option.

  4. Add the item details such as its name, description, price, and image.

  5. Click the “Add to Catalog” button on the top right corner to confirm your decision.

If you don’t want to display the item on your catalog right away, you can toggle the hide option before adding the item to your catalog. Once you’re ready, you can unhide it any time you want.
