How to add a collection to your WhatsApp Business catalog

On your phone:

  1. Launch WhatsApp Business on your device and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap More options (three dots icon) on the top right corner and select the “Business tools” option from the menu.

  3. Open your Catalog.

  5. Tap the plus button on the bottom right corner of the screen to add a new collection.
  6. Add a name for your new collection and tap “Next.”

  7. Select the items you want to add to the collection and tap Done on the top right to confirm your decision.

WhatsApp will review your new collection before you can use it on your catalog. Once the app approves your new collection, it will be visible on your catalog right away.

On your computer:

  1. Open the WhatsApp desktop or web app and sign in to your business account.
  2. Click More options (three dots icon) and select the Catalog option from the menu.

  3. Click the “Add new collection” option.

  4. Name your new collection and select the items that you want to display.

  5. Click the check button at the bottom of your screen to confirm your decision.
