The first thing you should do is log in to your Gmail account. Type the email and password. Next, go to the “Trash” folder. It is on the left side of the screen right under “Drafts”. Click on it to open the folder. Here, you can see all the emails you have deleted. As you can see, they are still in this folder.
What you want to do now is select the email you want to restore. Click on the empty square right next to it and you will get this checkmark. The checkmark means you have successfully selected the email. Next, go to the little icon that looks like a folder with an arrow in it. The arrow points right. This is the “Move to” option. Click on it.
The “Move to” option will now bring up a drop-down menu. Here, you can select where you want to move the deleted email to. Since we want to move it to our “Inbox” folder, we will click on “Inbox”. It is right above the “Spam” folder.
To find the email you just moved, go to your “Inbox” folder. Click on “Inbox” which is right under the “+” sign that says “Compose”. You can now see the email you restored. It will appear on the top of the list.
