How To Download And Add Ringtones To The Galaxy S10

Do you want to personalize your ringtones with ease? Downloading cool new ringtones to your Galaxy S10 is a piece of cake! If you don’t know how to do it, don’t worry. We have just the right guide for you! We will show you how you can download and add ringtones to your phone. 

Now, you can set any ringtone you want from the Settings menu on your phone. But, if you want to download any music and directly set it as a ringtone you will need an app. It makes things a lot easier. If you don’t know which one to try, check out “ZEDGE”. 

Of course, you can download any ringtone app you want. But, we have decided to use this one. It’s very easy to work with. You can use it to download songs to your phone or you can directly add them as ringtones from the app. Here, we will show you how to do it. Let’s begin. 

 Step 1

Launch the ZEDGE app on your phone.

Step 2

The three horizontal lines on the top left corner are the main menu. Click on it. From here, select “Ringtones”. 

Step 3

This is the home screen for the ringtones. In the top right corner, you will see the search option. Here, you can type the name of any ringtone you want to download. While on the left corner, you can see three horizontal lines, again. This is the main menu. If you want to access other options, you can always go to the main menu. 

Step 4

Click on any song you want to download. On the top-right corner of the screen, you can see the three vertical dots. This is the Settings. Click on it. Now, a “Download” option will appear. You can click it to download the song to your phone.

 If you want to directly set the song as your ringtone, you can simply click on the button at the bottom of the menu. Click on “Set”. That’s it! Now the song is your ringtone. 

Manual Settings

If you want to add ringtones manually from the Settings menu, you can do it. Here is how. 

Step 1

To gain access to this menu, open the dial-up screen. Go to the Settings menu in the top-right corner.

Step 2

Go to “Call alerts and ringtones”. 

Step 3

Select “Ringtones”. 

Step 4

When you click on “Ringtones” this screen will appear. As you can see, you can access the songs you downloaded from the app here as well. Or, you can select any default ringtones or other ones you have downloaded from the Media Storage. Pick any song from the list and set it as a ringtone.
